I take a class at my local YMCA called Zumba that is wonderful! It's pretty easy to do, high energy, and very fun! Our instructor flickers the lights and makes us start over the song if we are not shouting latin-like noises :P So I'm sure something like a latin dance video would be very similar but in the comforts of your own home. Good luck either way, it's fun and a great workout.
