All the parks have fenced in doggie play areas.
We take Milo down on every couple months.
Usually on a Sunday---you can park on the side streets and walking around is easy----think Chelsea, the villages----not mid-town.
Highly recc it and in the warm weather, lots of places let you eat at their outdoor tables with pups.
