I have never tried Wellness, but my boys like the Merricks. Bentley is on Turducken (was on Pot Pie for a year) and Louie is on Puppyplate. They seem to really like it, and I also feed them fresh meat, fruits, or veggies as treats. The kibbles are dense and have real peas and apples in it. I do notice that their eyes can by watery sometimes even though I feed them distilled water. I may be from the food or other factors. Once I finish the 15lb bag I will probably switch to a grain free kibble such as Instinct NV and see how they do.
I ideally would like to switch to raw but my schedule is too irregular
but I do the best that I can.
