The computer it was sync'd to...died. Along with the itunes catalog...so now if she tries to download anything from itunes...she receives a message saying...this ipod isn't sync'd to this computer...do you wish to transfer files? Oh, I wish I had an answer for you. I know any time we've gotten a new pc, the iTunes library was the biggest headache. I would go to the Apple site and poke around in FAQ's. That's where I found a few answers that I needed. Sorry and Good Luck!!
