I hurt the ligament in the back of my knee today. =( I was out walking Tucker and I started to stumble. When I caught myself I was kind of crouching, and when I went to stand back up there was this AWFUL searing pain in my whole knee. Oh Megan! Are you supposed to use heat or ice on it. Maybe some ibuprofin for the inflamation? Hope you feel better soon!!
