If you had a problem with a breeder, it is a good idea to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will warn others who may be considering this breeder. An educated puppy shopper will always check to see if the BBB has a file on breeder as part of the screening process.
Be sure and file the complaint in the state where the breeder lives.
You can also file a complaint with the Humane Society
