Question about home cooking The last time I opened a can of Evanger's whole chicken thighs, I read the label. The products were thighs and broth. There could not have been 2 thighs in the can for about $2. Is there any reason why I can't cook these at home? Is there a way to cook at home that will make the bones soft enough for my girls to eat, just like Evanger's does?
