My oldest sister is 25 weeks pregnant with twin boy's. At her appointment today, they found that she is dilating between 2 and 3 and she has started thinning out too
They sent her up for observation and she is having weak contractions so they started meds to stop labor. If the meds stay working, it looks like she might get to go home in the morning on medication and strict bed rest. They are also going to have her appointments weekly now to monitor her and the boy's better. On a good note, Both babies looked great when they did the ultrasound at the hospital.
We are all hoping that they will get this preterm labor under control with the medication and that she can make it at least to 32 to 34 weeks with these babies.
