As far as pooping on the pad goes, I had to line my entire room with pee pads. It was frustrating for me, to say the least. But then Teddy would have no where to go but on the pad. As he got more used to it, I slowly removed a pee pad until there was just a section left. As a result, in the middle of the night, he would get up and go to the pee pad to poop and pee. I was estatic. Shortly thereafter, I taught him how to go outside, and he now only makes a few accidents in the house. (which is my fault, because he always lets me know when he has to go out, I just don't pay attention in time)
