FINALLY I have found a place the orders them by the 50 lb box. Hes says he splints them down the middle. He actually called them a beef rib. Is this what I am looking for? I can buy extra and ship them to you guys if anybody is interested. I have called like 15 grocery stores and no one has them. It may be next week before I can get there to pick them up the place it about 45 mins from me. He said they were like a 1.00 a pound. So p.m. me if anyone is interested so I can pick up extra, Im not sure if they have to be kept cold so it may not be to where the can be shipped but if I can we can work out the details when I get them. Seems like these are a little hard to find.
