By what you said, they are just playing. I think if they were really fighting, you would know. Their movements would be quicker and you will see teeth. One will wail and you can't mistake a wail for playing... Just saying...
Girl dogs always seem to dominate boy dogs....he may be bigger, but he will let her get away with anything.........................because she is a girl.
