We have the same problem with Izzy - she caught on that ringing bell = outside for chasing squirrels.
We at times have to put our bells up too so she stops ringing them and only to go potty. You may have to watch your baby to make sure they go potty and then when they come in and want to go out 3 seconds later you know they are pullin the wool over your eyes!!
