Sorry, I am not taking to time to read the all the posts before I respond, but I wanted to say that you can say WHATEVER you want about her. It is only slander or defamation of character if it is NOT true. To put my thoughts bluntly, this sucks. Definitely contact the national BBB and the local branches of the BBB in your state and her state (if they're different). My next step would be to present the supporting material, like receipts for the puppies, airline confirmations for the one your received and anything else, such as correspondance with her that may be helpful.
