I truly think it makes a difference when you have a dog from puppyhood. We did not know any of his back ground.

I agree with u I think it makes a difference when u get them as puppy's to. He will be born end of this month so he will be a puppy. The whole dobie thing makes me nervous I mean not as a puppy when they get older. My hubby was raised with Dobies but I wasn't we had tiny little dogs lol.
