Hehe, I was ALWAYS stop if I see a stray dog. And my family makes fun of me for it, but CMON, I would want someone to be so kind as to do that if my dog ever got out. It would be tragic if it got hit by a car and you could have saved it. I'm sure whoever owns that dog is very thankful.
