Since you say he goes back to the same spots I would imagine you're not using any kind of odor remover. They like to illiminate the same place every time and even if you clean it up the smell is still there. I use Nature's miracle stain & odor remover and that seems to really help. If you catch him in the act. Say no & clap your hands to get him to quit then pick him up and place him where you want him to go.
