Oh no!! I am so sorry that you are having to go thru this. You are so good at taking the best of care for your furbutts and I know that you must be aggravated. 
Have you called and asked about Holly recently? Please post when you hear something (or if you have to call....... DO IT.... they are doing you a service and you have the right to call and ask!!).... hopefully someone will be with her for awhile after her surgery.
Just think about tomorrow....... you will have her back at home where she belongs!
