I am another new Yorkie Mom! But, in my two months with PookieBear I have done extensive research. It's all over the internet. Yorkies are really, really intelligent. They love their toys and can get quite possessive over them. They need to be socialized, then socialized some more. People will tell you they are yappy, and I have seen some that are. But you can control that because they are so smart. I would definitely choose the Yorkie. They are very loving and playful. A Yorkie will cost you more than the Chiuaua, but it is money well spent. Your Yorkie will be with you for years and years. Get the Yorkie, definitely.
