I have searched the Internet and cannot find information about neutering specific to Yorkies. I believe I read somewhere that they should receive gas (Iso) anasthesia rather than IV. Is there anything else? One vet does the gas anasthesia but not an IV drip during surgery. Is that OK? The vet we used when we had our Maltese doesn't use gas anasthesia but rather IV. Should I avoid them?
