My girl Violet was really bad on the leash and last time I took her out I walked in front of her (walking backwards facing her) almost the whole time putting my foot out to block her if she tried to walk faster than me. The last block I let her walk normal and there was a HUGE improvement. We still need to work on it a little more but I am very pleased at the progress. Before I couldn't even walk to the neighbors’ house without her choking herself and/or going off the path and would usually end up carrying her while the others finished their walk. It also helped a little with the barking since she could see my face, but mainly the pulling which was our biggest problem anyways.
