The reason I asked about his tan is because if he has a strong gold gene factor than he could have warm tones in his underlying pigment, even in his blue. Permanent color isn't the only thing that will lift pigment, some color enhancers as well as exposure to the sun will do it as well. Continue to try to wash out the product that she put in and see if the warm tones disappear. If they don't feel free to pm me, maybe my mentor or I can help.
