My two year old has the worst barking habits ever!! I have hit a wall with what to do about it. I'm afraid my neighbors will start to complain. He barks at everything. The worst time he barks is when me or anyone gets ready to leave the house. He goes MAD!!!. Also for some reason, when my sister is sitting on her bed on her laptop, he goes insane and stands at her door and barks like crazy. I think he has seperation anxiety. Whenever he gets the smallest indication that I'm about to leave, he starts to go around in circles, panting, shaking, whining, etc. This could start even as soon as I get out of the shower. As soon as I grab my keys it's over. He goes INSANE!!!! If he is barking and I try to correct him, he barks more aggresively. He is so fast that I can't even catch him to correct his behavior at times. I have tried to ignore him and sometimes that helps but a lot of the times he goes hoarse for barking at me so long. I can't even talk on the phone sometimes. It has gotten really really bad. Does anyone know the signs of sepearation anxiety and what I can ask my vet when I take him this week? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
