I have always hooked the tether in the car seat to the shoulder harness part of the seat belt. But this is making me think that I should hook it around the lap belt part of the seat belt. The lap belt holds the car seat in and it is already taunt, so it wouldn't move any more in an accident. The shoulder harness would still have to engage in an accident before it would stop my guys from flying. Good post. Glad for this insight and information. Glad your sugar is okay too.
