Look at it this way:
If Stanford can go in for a cleaning (at age 10), have his teeth fall out as they clean them, have the rest extracted, and have a massive jaw infection: Then go from miserable to a "sass-pot" in less than a month, then ANYTHING is possible.
I usually err on the side of pessimism, but this experience has changed my thinking.
