What is clarifying shampoo, and where do I get it? This is very distressing as his hair is otherwise gorgeous. I wouldn't have colored him, would have taken the chance of showing him lighter. Is this normal, for the color enhancer product to turn the hair brown, or is this the process of the black wearing off? Thanks again, Belinda |
