Ask the breeder if they have experience with anesthesia for small dogs before. The main thing is they don't overdo the anesthesia since your Yorkie is so tiny. It is scary, but sometimes we really need to have the vet put them under anesthesia for procedures, Yoda's gone under a couple of times. While we hear a lot about the worst-case scenarios, the truth is thousands and thousands of Yorkies get anesthesia on a monthly basis with no problems. So maybe think positive? And just be there for your Yorkie afterwards.
