Thank you all for replying. It's been intermittent for about 10 days, coinciding with the food changes--Foster& Smith to Wellness back to Foster &Smith, and it's not every puppy affected. Also, being 4 to a pen, it's hard to tell exactly which ones have the problem... During this period the older ones have been to the vet for checkups and shots, nothing unusual noted. I've been breeding a long time and never had anything like this. I will send a specimen off to the vet today, but I'm much more suspicious of their food than of coccidia, etc., and wonder if anyone else has seen or heard of anything going on with those brands.
