I'm dealing with a similar situation right now. I had food poisoning in December and it really damaged my stomach...as a result my stomach is emptying very slowly so I feel full all day and have a lot of stomach gas. If I eat small meals I feel better and a good side affect is that I've lost quite a lot of weight! LOL! I use Gas-X pills and they work great but if you haven't seen a doctor I would go get checked out. |
