Welcome to YT!!! I know you'll love it here! You should stop him from nipping asap. Ive heard from vets and other yorkie owners that yorkies will get into the habit of nipping even after they are finished teething. Every time he goes to bite you, say no firmly and give him a toy he can chew on. It'd prob be best to get him into nylabones. They are hard and one of the safer toys that won't splinter off. I don't know much about pee pads, but I did hear once that some dogs don't like to pee and poop in the same area. if hes consistently peeing on the pads and you know, he knows what they are used for, try putting down 2 pads. maybe i'll use one to pee and the other for poop.
