Yes, they do! Actually, I have a large yorkie he is 11 lbs and is around 11"-12" tall. But that is what a wanted. However, none of his sybiling nor his parents ever reached over 7lbs.
The largest yorkie I've heard about weighed 25lbs.
I never saw the dog and always wonder if a weight probably is part of it.
