It is still available. I actually have two of them. Everything is complete in the box and has instructions on how to set it up too. The description on the box says:
"Be close to your pets, even when you're far from home. Viewed from a standard web browser or even a compatible cell phone, the Petcam is a convenient and accessible way to keep an eye on your pets from anywhere."
