No one talks to you?? I think it's cause there are so many threads going on, it's hard to keep track. At least for me it is.
So, you just put up with the noise from your neighbor? I don't think I could. That kind of stuff makes me crazy. I would suggest going to the door and shouting - not putting a hole in the wall though.
