I don't think it's too late to retrain her. Are you able to take her outside to potty? If so, you might give that a try. I just started taking KaCee outside and she is doing so much better than she was on potty pads. If not, I would crate train as soon as possible. With A.J, I'd take him to potty first thing, if he went, then he got to play and wander around for a while, then back into his crate for 30-45 mins. Then I'd take him out to potty, if he went, he got out for awhile, if not, back in the crate for 10 min. or so, then back out to potty. Hope this helps!
