Oh, she and her husband truly are terrific neighbors! When I delivered their 4 Poodles puppies, last year, they wanted me to take free, pick of the litter. I declined, delivering the puppies, safe and sound was reward enough. She did insist on giving me the most beautiful diamond ring though, and said it would hurt her feelings if I didn't accept it. Sorry, this is one of those small, secluded subdivisions out in the country that is so stable, that I haven't seen a house up for sale in years. But, I'll let you know.
When we bought our house, we bought it the day it hit the market, kid you not.
All the neighbors here are incredible. When I became sick with spine disease, they have all pitched in to help us.
