I like the idea of an exchange also... HOWEVER, I would definatelay say you would need to make sure who was/wasnt interested in participating in it since alot are just getting enough funds together to COME, pay for gas, food etc... Just a thought
...Thats if you do it exchange style vs secret santa style cause with secret santa you only particiapte if you brought a gift..
