Oh, I am so sorry for your tragic loss. In her short life I can tell she was deeply loved and I'm sure she felt it too.
You will know when you are ready for another. There is no right or wrong time to do it; it's totally up to the individual. I know I would probably get another as soon as I could, not to replace the yorkie I lost, but to fill the empty void I would surely feel.
