My first name is Elisha, which is Hebrew and means "God Is My Salvation".
My middle name is Ann, which is ALSO Hebrew and means Gracious and/or Merciful.
I hated my first name growing up because it technically is a boy's name, but now I actually wouldn't change it for anything. And I like Ann just fine too, although after watching & reading "Anne of Green Gables" I always wished it was Ann with an "e".
