Living in the city, this presents a problem. If she doesn't get her habit she will literally stop walking.
I try to keep a tight grip on her leash and allow for little tension so that she can't get but so far. I also try not to baby her and pick her up or let her get her away.
Any suggestions on how to stop her from doing this? |
Have you tried calling out hoot hoot when y'all walk?

Sorry, you know I had to! I wont even try to offer real advise- my dogs are hopeless.
