I hear ya on the wanting to be outside issue. Hercules is almost 6 months, so when he goes to the door, we always think he needs to go to the bathroom. But we just got some snow, and he loves the snow. So he really just wants out to play! We can't really ignore most of his urges to go outside though, since we're still potty training. It's crazy to me though - doesn't he realize how cold it is!!???
