I forgot to address the above sentence in your post but you are so right and I agree 100 percent. The breeder forum should be a place where people having problems can come and ask the breeders who have experience for help. A closed forum would be a great idea.
I know that I have posted on things before that I really shouldn't have, because I am not a breeder. To be honest, I think sometimes it is just too tempting to throw in an opinion...although I do try to always make it clear that I am not a breeder so the OP will know. Probably this is the case with many others too.

A closed forum is a great idea....While I know some will say that non-breeders have good info too, and this is true....I don't want flying lessons from someone who has never piloted a plane. When I am whelping a litter, I don't need advice from someone who has never done it. Have another forum for "thoughts on breeding for non-breeders".
