First you want to do it right and healthy...so the two that my nutrionist recommended as well as my doctor are: Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig or Nutrasystem...but they prefer WW as you learn to eat real food and learn to make the right choices.
If you want to only lose about 12-15 pounds you could also do a low-fat; high protein with 6 small meals a day and calories about 1200-1400 plus work out 3-4x a week.
