I'm so proud of what my hubby has built. He did a great job on building this home. I wanted U all here to go and view this home my Hubby built, he did they framing and just about everything on this house (Contracted some work out like the electric). I think it is just beautiful. It has porcelain tiles in the kitchen, doorway, both baths and laundry room not the ceramic as stated. U can scroll down the page to veiw the rooms in it.

The closing on this house was yesterday and yes he did get the yard leveled out and sowed grass seed.

With the market of selling houses he only made $3,157.35 profit from this house. Look at what he had it listed for. He sold it for $132,000, it is getting hard to move our Speck Homes (This is what we call this in the building homes business) but we keep trying, he also does framing only on some houses for our other Contractors, some siding too. Let us know what U think.
