Thats the key for all of us, is to hear all of it, not just one side.
Then we can really know where the focus is needed and then the work to repair all of the problems can begin.
Thats the only way to strive for betterment. Learning and working together and I have seen a lot of things I didn't know with Puppymills, PETA and also dog registries.
So much more to learn I am sure
