It's so difficult not to worry - but if he is still eating and/or chewing/playing with toys, then at least you know he is using his mouth/teeth/jaw enough that he's not in too much pain to prevent that - so try not to beat yourself up, okay? Tug of war is, from what I understand, actually very good for them bc it exercises their neck/jaw and if they use rope toys - it flosses as well. Please update if you can, hang in there!
