I wish dogs were welcome everywhere so people wouldn't be tempted to tie their dogs up outside or leave them in the car. This is one of the reasons I encourage anyone who qualitifes to have their dog trained as a service dog so they are welcome EVERYWHERE and don't need to be left home alone or tied up somewhere when out.
