I have used the Cozy Cuddle Wrap Around on my poor aching knee and foot -- heat it up for about 2 minutes and you have a nice HOT pack for about 10 minutes and a nice soothing warm pack for another 15 minutes and a cooldown just warm pack for another 5 minutes.
