They both went to their first conformation class last night...I just did a little bit with each of them. They loved it and had such a great time. There were several large breeds there...Magic took to barking at them and Hope was just amazed with them...staring at them! It was really sweet and cute! That is the reason why I love showing terriers- attitude.

Speaking of Terriers, I was reading a vintage book I bought at the show last week and it gives directions on how to spare. I sometimes forget that judges can ask our breed to spare during the judging process. I wish more of them would. They are so beautiful when they are free stacked, alert and standing their ground! It would also "out" the dogs that handlers have to pull together in a forced stack and string up to give the illusion of decent movement.
