I spoke to him about this again today and he indicated that it was, in about 90% of the cases, just a matter of deepening the groove and closing it up... From other folks in the area and their feedback, I believe him...
My surprise today was that she is still early stage 2 in the left and stage 1 in the right... No recommended treatment other than Synovi G3 suppliment and Rimadyl for the pain...After xrays today, he diagnosed her as arthritic.... Maybe worse than a simple operation, since it has progressed to her hips also...
I'm bummed...
