Hi all thank you for all your nice comments. It is actually a bowl sitting on a plate. You know like a teacup and saucer. I just put the plate there for decoration.
I got the bowl at a store called Grand View outlet. The bowl and plate where like 50 cents each and the placemat may have been a dollar. I think it originally came from Target.
