do you have a crate? You might put him in that while you take a nap. The vet has me cover my crate with a blanket so she can't see me at night. Might try that! Other than that , I guess just let him out when you think he needs to go. They can sure bother one with their whining to play or etc., can't they? I give mine Greenies when she gets to me. She will usually go to sleep after eating one.
